Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply add your items to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at contact@demeaparis.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay for a faster checkout.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the European Union and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery destination and chosen speed, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped within Metropolitan France of €300 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
For orders delivered outside Metropolitan France, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your item, refunded to your original payment method.
For orders delivered within Metropolitan France, you have up to 21 days from delivery to return or exchange your item. Returns received within 14 days are refunded to your original payment method. Returns received between 15 and 21 days are eligible for store credit only.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@demeaparis.com to request a return. We'll send you a return label and instructions once your return is approved. Please don't send items back without requesting a return first.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.
Are all items eligible for return?
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Items marked Exchange Only can only be exchanged or given store credit if your size is unavailable.

Where are Deméa pieces made?
Deméa is designed in Paris and crafted in Portugal, in limited quantities.
How do I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are specific to each garment's fabric. Check the "Materials & Care" section on each product page for details.
